Gym Membership Pause or Cancellation
We do not charge initiation or cancellation fees. However, we now require at least 7 days' notice in writing before your next billing date to process any membership pause or cancellation requests.
Membership pauses must be a minimum of 4 weeks or longer. When your membership is paused, you still have access to our app and virtual workouts so you can stay connected and keep moving at your own pace.
If you’re considering canceling due to financial reasons, please reach out. We offer discounted community support memberships and can work with you to find a better option.
If you do cancel, we completely understand and will always welcome you back!
