  • EVOLVE offers several strength training programs so that there’s a great option for every starting point and ability level.

    • EVOLVE Strong Classes: Our primary program for most adults who want to build strength, fitness, and athleticism that carries over to life outside the gym. Workouts are designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and coached by highly qualified coaches to build real-world athleticism for Flagstaff life in a motivating group environment.

    • Foundations: Semi-private coaching (max 5 athletes) focused on learning the basics well and building confidence with key lifts and movement patterns. Ideal if you’re new to strength training, returning after time off, rehabbing/working around pain, or want to build confidence with the basics before jumping into larger classes.

    • Personal Training: One-on-one coaching with the highest level of personalization, coaching support, and accountability. Great for specific goals, accommodating a schedule that doesn’t work with classes, or if you want the most support possible.

    • Open Gym: Train on your own, 5am-10pm, 7 days per week, in our world class facility. You’ll get access to the EVOLVE Strong workouts that you can do at your own pace, or follow your own program. Best for athletes who already have experience training on independently.

  • You’re not the only one. Gym culture in most places is not welcoming or inclusive. This discourages people from engaging something that is incredibly powerful and beneficial.

    So we’ve made it our mission to be a different type of gym. Welcoming, friendly, supportive, no such thing as a silly question.

    We don’t just love working with people who are new to the gym, we specialize in it.

    We also don’t aim to turn our members into “gym rats.” Strength training is essential for long-term health and physical function. We design our training to support your life and activities outside the gym, not the other way around.

  • No. Try your first session with no commitment or hard sales pitch. After starting, you can pause or cancel with just 7 business days’ notice—no long-term contract. We want you to be psyched to be here. If life changes or it’s not the right fit, no worries.
