What if I miss a workout?
Pick up where you left off. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection.

Can I do this if I’ve had an injury?
Yes — as long as you can do the following pain-free:

  • Get up and down from the floor

  • Pick up 20-30lbs from the ground

  • Po up and down stairs

  • Lift 10-15lbs over your head or onto a high shelf

  • If not, consult with a phy one of our physical therapists first.

If any of these are currently painful/limited, consult with a physical therapist first — either at EVOLVE if you are in Flagstaff, or locally in your community.
