EVOLVE Flagstaff is a collaborative health and performance center offering strength and conditioning, nutrition, and injury rehabilitation services. Our interdisciplinary team model, typically reserved only for professional athletes, helps everyday people do what they love for life: whether that’s chasing grandkids, biking through the forest, gardening, running, or simply living joyfully and pain-free.

Position:
We are currently hiring a part-time Client Experience Manager (20 hours/week). This is a vital role in our organization that directly supports our clients, our team, and our shared mission.
While this role is part-time, it has a big impact. You are often the first person a client talks to and the one who helps them navigate their journey with us. Your warmth, clarity, and problem-solving mindset help clients feel supported, seen, and excited to take the next step in their health journey.
Position Details
Role: Client Experience Manager
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM)
Compensation: $20/hour

You Have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid technology skills, including comfort with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Advanced spreadsheet skills
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and scheduling apps
A Typical Day Might Include:
Greeting clients with enthusiasm and building personal connections
Helping clients understand and engage with our services
Answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, and updating memberships
Troubleshooting challenges and working with clients toward solutions
Overseeing the facility’s cleanliness and flow
Handling unexpected requests or needs with calmness and flexibility
Putting together a monthly email newsletter or posting on EVOLVE’s Instagram
Your compensation & benefits:
Compensation: $20 per hour, 20 hours per week
