Prefer to train at your own pace or according to your own schedule? Classes not quite right for you? No worries, we get it.
Our Open Gym Membership provides independent access to our world-class Flagstaff gym. You can come and go as you please, 7-days per week. This membership also includes access to our EVOLVE Strong training program via a smartphone application.
Open Gym Membership - What’s Included:
Independent open gym access: You’ll receive a key fob that unlocks the facility for use between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
EVOLVE Strong training program: You will get digital access via a smartphone app to the same training program that our EVOLVE Strong classes follow. The app includes clear instructional videos for every exercise, and allows you to track your workouts.
The EVOLVE community: Even though you’ll be training on your own, you’ll still be a part of our amazing community: friendly faces at the gym, our supportive staff, community events, and more.
EVOLVE Flagstaff Gym Equipment and Facility:
Our training and fitness facility is perhaps the best equipped free weight gym in Flagstaff. We have:
15 squat racks and benches that can be used for barbell lifting, pullups, and more
Over 20 barbells with plenty of bumper and metal plates
A wide selection of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistence bands, and plyometric boxes
40 feet of indoor turf and two sleds for pushing and pulling
Seven Concept2 Ski Ergs and eight Assault Air Bikes
Noise dampening drop pads for olympic lifting
Bathrooms with a shower
An open lobby area that you can use for calls, computer work, or just hanging out
What’s Not Included:
Classes: This membership does not include any of our group training classes
1-on-1 Sessions: This membership does not include any personal training, dietitian, or physical therapy sessions.
Custom Training Program Design: You will receive access to our EVOLVE Strong group program, not a personalized program. Click here to learn more about personalized program design.

Price: $85 per month.
All open gym members must reserve their time through the EVOLVE app, which you’ll gain access to after joining.
Please note that open gym access is limited during our busiest class times — weekdays 6:00–7:00 AM, 5:30–6:30 PM, and Saturdays 8:00–9:00 AM. Access may also be unavailable for short periods during occasional events or cleaning (typically 1–2 hours).
Always check the app before coming in to confirm availability.
